Got a question? Of course you do.
The most common answers are below. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, we’re a message away.

FAQ
Sizing
The three main measurements are lens width, bridge width and temple length. For example, 52–18–145 means a lens width of 52 mm, a bridge of 18 mm and temples of 145 mm. The platform measures your face and suggests a starting configuration. You can then adjust the available dimensions.
Follow the measurement instructions carefully and use virtual try-on to assess the proportions. The suggested size is a starting point, whether you prefer a larger or more understated look. If you’re unsure about fit, ask one of our experts or visit a partner optician.
Personalisation
Start with your facial measurements and choose a shape. Then personalise the dimensions, colours, temples, finishes, lenses and engraving from the available options. See every change on screen. You can also start with a suggested combination and make it your own.
Use virtual try-on, compare combinations and check the summary. If you’d like a human opinion, book a free private session. After confirmation, you have 8 hours to request changes before your design moves into production.
The online configurator offers non-prescription clear lenses and sunglass lenses, with no prescription upload. To fit prescription lenses, visit a partner optician. They can also help you choose the right configuration for your vision needs.
We work to represent colours faithfully, but your screen, the light and acetate thickness can affect how they look. In tortoiseshell and patterned colours, markings vary from piece to piece and cannot be selected. If colour is crucial, see the materials at a partner optician or ask us for help.
Yes. Find a partner optician in the Store Locator and contact them to check which models are available to try. They can guide your configuration and advise on sizing.
Ordering
It happens. You have 8 hours from order confirmation to request changes. Email info@yorueyewear.com straight away with your order number and what you’d like to change. Once production starts, we can’t guarantee changes. At 3 a.m., email is your friend.
For online purchases, shipping within Italy is free and tracked. For other destinations, check availability and terms before ordering. If you buy through a partner optician, delivery is arranged with the store.
You can choose 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna when available at checkout, subject to the service’s terms.
Timing
We understand. But your glasses aren’t already waiting on a shelf. We make them after you’ve designed them. The acetate is machined, finished and assembled to create the result you chose. Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days, or 10 for bonded two-tone frames, which need an additional stabilisation stage.
Returns and support
Your glasses are made to the configuration you choose. Before ordering, check the terms of sale for the rules that apply to personalised products. If you receive a faulty product or something different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number, a description and photos of the issue. We’ll help you handle the request under the applicable terms.
Our philosophy
Because every pair that leaves our workshop should already have a face waiting for it. Producing after the order helps us avoid accumulating unsold finished frames and work around the choices of the person who will wear them.
Maybe, if the technology stopped at the website. For us, it connects measurement, configuration and production. It turns your choices into glasses we can make. Then precision machines and skilled hands take over.
It means precision CNC machining is followed by hand finishing, assembly and adjustment. We don’t hide the machines. We use them alongside human expertise to do the job well.
Every pair has a unique traceability code linked to its order, production, materials and delivery information. It lets us trace the product’s journey. Think of it as its passport.
Trusting the brand
It’s a fair question. YORÜ was born in Belluno, bringing together expertise in eyewear, digital development and production. You can meet the team, talk to us or discover the product at a partner optician. Difficult questions are welcome.
Contact us with your order number and a few photos. We’ll compare the product with your confirmed configuration and distinguish any mismatch from screen and material variations. If there’s an issue, we’ll help you through the next steps.
Value
Mass production spreads costs across many identical pieces. Your YORÜ is made to order, with dimensions and details chosen by you and several stages carried out by hand. The price includes that process, as well as the materials and frame.
Of course. The difference becomes clear when you love the shape but the size feels wrong, or you wish it came in another colour. With YORÜ, you can adjust those choices and create your configuration, with an optician if you prefer.
Before deciding, take a closer look at the materials, finishes and construction. Find a partner optician to see the product in person, or book a private session and ask us anything.
The partnership model
You can work through the platform with Full Digital or add an in-store display with Hybrid Physical. Either way, you configure with your customer, place the order and we make the glasses. The licence, any opening assortment and services are specified in your commercial proposal.
Start with a practical need: a frame that’s too wide, a bridge that needs adjusting or a colour that’s missing. Then show how the configuration can change. The message is simple: “We start with your face and create your glasses together.”
The platform guides each step and shows changes as you work with your customer. Initial training helps you become familiar with the process. Support is available when you need it.
Think of customers who try many frames without finding the right one, or ask for a colour or size you don’t carry. Start with them and introduce configuration through your expertise. They don’t need digital skills.
Risk
Measurement, virtual try-on and demonstration materials help clarify the choice before ordering. If a problem arises, contact us with the order details and product images. We’ll review the case together under your partnership terms.
A stable connection matters, but problems can also involve the app or device. If something isn’t working, contact us with the device, the step you were on and any error message. We’ll help you identify the issue and get back to work.
The value for your store
That depends on your store. During the consultation, we compare purchase prices, your intended selling price, access costs and time spent with each customer. Made-to-order production means you don’t have to buy every variation before knowing whether it will sell.
An initial remote session of around 30 minutes introduces the workflow. The time needed to become fully independent depends on your team’s familiarity and practice. We can go into more detail where needed.
A way to meet needs your current assortment doesn’t cover: different dimensions, colour combinations and personal details. YORÜ can sit alongside your existing brands and give your expertise more room to work.
Often, the request comes without that word: “Does it come smaller?”, “Can I have different temples?”, “Do you make it in another colour?”. Showing a concrete change is the easiest way to explain what’s possible.
The strength of the brand
YORÜ is a brand of WEYPRO Srl, founded in Belluno. Assessing a partner takes concrete information. In a meeting, we can introduce the team, production model and partnership terms. You’re also welcome to visit.
That’s the right criterion. Let’s talk about what matters day to day: service continuity, support, production and commercial terms. The partnership needs to work for your store over time.
You can use the web configurator or the iOS and Android apps. On compatible Apple devices, measurement uses the TrueDepth camera. On web and Android, you follow the reference-card procedure. The device is not included in the package. Before buying one, contact us to check compatibility with the platform.
