Faq
Using the Yorü web app, iOS, or Android version, you can take measurements of your face (temple width, nose bridge, and pupillary distance) through the “measurements” button. The app will automatically suggest the most suitable size for each model based on your face. However, you can manually adjust the nose, eye, and temple measurements independently.
Note: The algorithm that translates face measurements into eyeglass measurements is designed to propose the most proportionate size for your face, and it does not consider the oversize trend, which is popular these days. If you prefer larger glasses, we recommend increasing the eye size.
Eyeglass measurements are interpreted as follows:
For example, 52[]18-145 means: 52 mm is the diagonal measurement of the eye, 18 mm is the nose bridge, and 145 mm is the length of the temples.
For adult men, the temple length is usually at least 145 mm, while for women, it’s 140 mm.
By following the measurements suggested by the app, you’ll get frames that are proportionate to your face according to the golden ratio (1:3). This ensures that the glasses will be ideal in terms of fit and lens alignment.
If you choose to change the measurements, it’s advisable to compare them with glasses you already own. You can customize your glasses by choosing from 30 models, modifying the eye, nose, and temple sizes. You can select the color of the front and the temples, and you can choose up to four personalized engravings (on the inside and outside of both temples), which will be done with a laser for permanent inscriptions.
Since the Yorü glasses are custom-made, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Any defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product, and returns can be made within 30 days after receiving a return number and procedure instructions. We will handle the return process and provide you with all the necessary information for the courier pickup.

The digital colors are very close to the real ones, but slight differences may occur. For example, the thickness of the glasses (6 mm or 8 mm) can affect the color rendering, especially for models with transparencies or tortoiseshell patterns. However, we are constantly working to ensure that digital colors are as true to life as possible.
According to European law, prescription glasses (which include prescription lenses based on a medical prescription) are considered medical devices and must be dispensed by an optometrist who can certify that the lenses match the medical prescription.
